You can also slide GN containers (size 2/3, height 6.5 cm) directly under the board to conveniently collect cut fruit, vegetables, or waste over the edge or through the extra-large juice groove with drainage option. - Daily Cleaning: Rinse the board with hot water after each use. If necessary, you can follow the guidelines of the German Social Accident Insurance for Food and Hospitality and use appropriate cleaning agents.
- Dishwasher: If it fits in size, the board can be conveniently cleaned in the dishwasher at a minimum temperature of 75 degrees Celsius.
- Home Remedy Tip for Discoloration: To remove strong discolorations caused by intense foods, you can apply some olive oil. Let it soak in for a long time and then wash it off with a suitable dish soap.
- Proper Storage: Store your cutting board in dry rooms and always protect it from direct sunlight and extreme cold.

Check the underside
Place the board securely on a protected surface. The four fittings are underneath, close to the corners.
Screw in the feet
Insert the matching feet straight into the existing threaded fittings. Do not drill additional holes.
Adjust the height
Place the board on the worktop. Turn each foot individually until the height and tilt suit you and all four feet rest securely.
Check stability
Check stability and the rubber rings before cutting. Keep the feet within their specified adjustment range.
