You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use our model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days expires.
We will provide you with a return label for free return shipping and further instructions on how to proceed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires if the product has been manufactured to individual customer specifications and/or products or food have been processed, cut or prepared on it.
Damage and problems
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and contact us straight away if an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, so that we can resolve the problem.
