Shipping costs depend on the total weight and delivery destination of your order.
Shipping within Germany is free. For the countries listed below, the following prices include statutory VAT:

Rates for Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein include customs clearance, but exclude any import VAT payable by the recipient.
Separate rates apply to other countries, islands and special delivery addresses. These are communicated transparently before the order is completed.
We also offer free shipping within Europe for orders worth €1,000 or more.

Deliveries to non-EU countries incur additional customs duties, taxes and fees, which must be paid by the recipient.
Standard shipping is via DHL or a freight carrier and takes 1–2 business days within Germany and 1–2 business days within the EU. Delivery to non-EU countries takes 3–8 business days. These transit times are non-binding standard estimates from our parcel service provider and may vary.
