Ingenious space utilization in a small area: Under the Optiboard Select, you can store any kitchen utensils – from knives to peelers to scissors – almost invisibly. In addition, you can slide practical GN containers (size 1/2, height 6.5 cm) directly under the board for process optimization. This way, you can conveniently collect freshly cut fruit, vegetables, or waste over the edge or through the integrated juice groove with drainage option.
